As I continue my quest to help you find the best weight loss and muscle building programs on the market without braking the bank it brings us to Kyle Leon's Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer. Just like every product that I have reviewed we will look at the good and bad of the program along with the pricing to see if I think it is worth it. However unlike some of my other reviews I did talk to other people about their experience with the product in order to bring you more information on the product along with whether it works or not. As always it is just my opinion you are free to do what you like with it.

I actually stumbled across Klye Leon's Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer while I was looking for a muscle magazine when an add for it came up. After clicking on it there was a pretty long presentation that talked about Kyle's life from high school through today talking about supplements along with nutrition and exercise programs. When it got to the end of the of the presentation you where given the chance to purchase it but don't do it there if you click away it will ask you to stay by offering you a three week trial for $19 instead of the $47 they are trying to sell it for. Check out the presentation I was telling you about first if you like but don't purchase it until you read the rest of the review first I don't want any more nasty emails than I normally get.

Are you done with the presentation yet? Having the conversation with Jay Cutler in it was a nice touch who else is a better spokesman for you product than the best in the business right now? If you are like me the cheap cartoons made me laugh a little bit and made me skeptical about the program itself you would think they could afford to make the presentation some what better. Believe it or not there was some useful information in the presentation nutrition is extremely important when it comes to weight loss or muscle gain. With that said let us get down to the meat of the program along with whether or not it is worth purchasing.

Pros

The pros of this system is that once purchased you can download it right away which makes it easy to use now instead of waiting. It is a program unique to you because it is customized to you the user instead of being generalized. The program is also pretty easy to use because you can read the whole program in about 30 minutes which makes it more likely to read the whole program without you putting it down and not finishing it. The nutrition part does not restrict what you can eat which is a major plus to me.

Cons

You are completely dependent on your computer for this program to work you have to log all your information into the program everyday which isn't bad but if you travel it could be hard for you. The exercise programs are not very good to be honest you can find better ones just about anywhere including books, magazines, or online. The "bonuses" they claim you get with them are really not bonuses because you actually need 3 of the 4 of them in order to make the program complete. Even though they do mention some supplements to use it still better to talk to a nutritionist that can recommend supplements that might be better for you.

Reviews

I talked to some people who have used the product besides me in order to get their opinion of it and to be honest it was split half and half. The ones who liked it all had nutritionists before and the program really worked well for them so they cut down on going to their nutritionist. The ones who didn't like were not just looking for nutrition they were looking for weight lifting advice too which made them feel left out and wanting their money back. Nutritionists are great especially if you are just starting out but this is a nice supplement to your nutrition program. Overall the program is acceptable to use I might recommend you try it for the trail period of 3 weeks first to see if you will use it or not that way if you don't like it you can get your money back.

As always for more information on Kyle Leon's Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer you can go to the site to learn more. As always good luck on getting the body you are looking for. If you have used this product also please make sure to leave a comment on whether you like it or not.

After buying the muscle maximizer program the first thing I noticed is that there was little to no science behind choosing a somatotype, it was left to me to make the determination based on a 2 or 3 sentence description and a cartoon drawing. The next thing I noticed is that there wasn't a somatotype that I represented me very well at all. After deliberating for a while on which type I was I made my selection and looked at my meal plan. One of the points that stuck out to me during the videos is that the meal plans are catered to you... not some generic take 50 grams of protein after your work out. So of course I was skeptical when my post workout shake was EXACTLY the same as the example. Finally the web based meal plan is terrible. It is hard to use, it isn't well organized or explained. It is slow and cumbersome, and it doesn't even offer a plan for someone like myself who works out first thing in the morning. For the past 2 years I've been using a mobile app that does everything the muscle maximizer system does and it does it in half the time! And it was free!

Now after all this I decided I was still committed to the process and I have been following the diet plan rigorously for the past 10 days... the results are astounding. I've gone from 197.6lbs to 202.3lbs. I don't have my body fat % statistics but I would say every bit of that weight is fat. I feel horrible. I'm tired. My number of reps have gone down, I'm more exhausted at the end of my workout than I've ever been. Worst of all I look soft and puffy and bloated. This is obviously not the look I was hoping for.

All in all I this is probably the worst $47 I've ever spent on a fitness product...
