Next up in the line of hubs for home fitness is Hip Hop Abs from Team Beach Body the same company that brought you P90X and Insanity.  If you love to dance and you want to lose weight and tighten your midsection without doing sit-ups or crunches, Shaun T can show you how. Shaun uses a technique called “Tilt, Tuck & Tighten” to help you burn fat as you dance your way to six-pack abs.

In Hip Hop Abs®, Shaun breaks the dance moves down into steps, so almost anyone can do them. And the workouts are set to hot dance music, so they're high energy and fun.

The positives of hip hop abs is that it is easy to use even for beginners, the workouts are not as long as some of the dvds which is good if you are on tight time frame, and doesn't need a lot of room for you to do the exercises.

The negatives of the program is it doesn't work the arms, I am not a big fan of the music either, and if you do any sort of cardio this workout doesn't really work that well for you.
